Verified Renter The place is nice inside. When moving in there was a very strong disgusting smell that still almost a week later is in here. There’s so many roaches it’s crazy! I put down boric acid powder in each room around all the base boards and it’s calmed down a lot on top of that I’ve vacuumed and mopped and that’s also helped with the roaches. Verified Renter I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The lcoation is close to shopping and transportation.

Verified Renter The Arwen Apartments have been my home since 2011! I have the 2 bed 2 bath and for my son and I, we love it! I live on the 3rd floor and have vaulted ceilings and a cozy fire place. I love how my kitchen and bar, which over looks the living room! My kitchen has so many cabinets and large pantry and i could go on and on!
