Verified Renter Very Nice apartment complex. The office staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend these apts to anyone who needs a nice affordable place to live and the maintenance crew come out when u put in a work order and they get the job done.

Got us our keys and even made us aware of updates as they became available. I am pleased with the engagement and the neighbors made themselves friendly welcoming my family.

Verified Renter Every one seems nice.. no issues besides the amount of trash left on the ground around the apartment. But I love it here so far... Apartment is spacious, staff is great and always helpful.
Verified Renter Ok so far. Building needs a power wash and upgraded appliances for the amount of rent is. Noise level is kept to a minimum kids are ok no major issues

Verified Renter Staff is amazing, maintenance is thorough and efficient. We love our home! Some neighbors are loud and inconsiderate at very late hours, but I stay to myself as much as possible. I love the location and couldn't ask for a better place to call home! Thanks to The Arwen staff for helping keep our community beautiful and I also appreciate how friendly all the staff is!!!

Verified Renter I’m disappointed with the lack of safety, neighbors here are inconsiderate of their neighbors and the property, most parents on the property are not watching their kids. The shootings, the weed smoking, the amounts of trash that the complex has to pick up and maintain the property is ridiculous, it looks and sounds like the mass majority of people living here are mentally unstable and it’s very disturbing.
