Verified Renter My apartment is spacious and is within a 1 mile radius of many places that I like to shop at. I did not have the best experience getting qualified for my unit, or moving in. The surrounding neighbors seem to get along quite nicely, but it's a bit noisy. I'm a newer resident, so it will be interesting to see how my experience changes with the different seasons.

Verified Renter Apartments are nice just alot of bugs. The closest in master bedroom is very big walk in nice side bathroom in the master bedroom. Alot of space to put food and appliances.
Verified Renter The office staff is amazing! They are doing everything to get the bad out and the good in!!!! They have a great security officer on site who responds to issues and keeps us all safer here. The maintenance takes care of our issues in a timely manner. Very friendly and has a lot of good upgrades in flooring and making sure things are clean. Love it here once all the bad is out this will be the best complex I’ve lived in.

Check With police, then run I was a resident and employee at Sycamore Villas for 2 months and can honestly say I have never seen a property still open in this condition , roofs leak , roach and bedbug infested , shootings and break ins almost daily , gates are not operable, Security walks through but do not address anything . 2 people were held up at gun point while I was there , one car was stolen at gun point , I quit counting break ins . Stay Away!! the water is out and has been out since Monday night. No one has put any notice on the door or explained to us when it will be back working. So to recap: My key did not work on the very first day I was to move in (which should have been a sign to run), nightly shoot-outs, my AC went out and they tried to bring me an in the window unit in 100 degrees weather, they have a balance on my account for rent I have paid already, we are now going on my 3rd roof leak since moving in in April of 2018 (for a lease that was s... read more
Do your crime research There is no way people are honestly saying they love living here unless they have no standards or sense at all. You need to contact ft worth pd and ask about all the shooting deaths and other crimes that have gone on in these apartments. It’s dangerous here and even though they now have better and pretty steady security I still see the same things going on with security walking by and not addressing the issues.
