Check With police, then run I was a resident and employee at Sycamore Villas for 2 months and can honestly say I have never seen a property still open in this condition , roofs leak , roach and bedbug infested , shootings and break ins almost daily , gates are not operable, Security walks through but do not address anything . 2 people were held up at gun point while I was there , one car was stolen at gun point , I quit counting break ins . Stay Away!! the water is out and has been out since Monday night. No one has put any notice on the door or explained to us when it will be back working. Do your crime research There is no way people are honestly saying they love living here unless they have no standards or sense at all. You need to contact ft worth pd and ask about all the shooting deaths and other crimes that have gone on in these apartments. It’s dangerous here and even though they now have better and pretty steady security I still see the same things going on with security walking by and not addressing the issues. Worst Place Ever! WORST APARTMENTS I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE THEY TAKE MONTHS TO FIX ONE THING. MANAGEMENT IS NO HELP AT ALL. THEY RAISE THE RENT ONCE RENEWING LEASE. HORRIBLE PLACE WOULD NEVER LIVE HERE AGAIN. AND WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE!!
