Verified Renter The place is nice inside. When moving in there was a very strong disgusting smell that still almost a week later is in here. There’s so many roaches it’s crazy! I put down boric acid powder in each room around all the base boards and it’s calmed down a lot on top of that I’ve vacuumed and mopped and that’s also helped with the roaches. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained.
