Verified Renter The Arwen Apartments have been my home since 2011! I have the 2 bed 2 bath and for my son and I, we love it! I live on the 3rd floor and have vaulted ceilings and a cozy fire place. I love how my kitchen and bar, which over looks the living room! My kitchen has so many cabinets and large pantry and i could go on and on! Verified Renter Overall it’s very good apartment , we haven’t had any issues at all besides the roaches . Which is easily solved by telling them to come spray & bombing every couple months . Bc no matter how clean your house is , they’re still there . & the pool never being opened & the gate is still broken . The staff is really friendly & maintenance cleans the streets up on a regular . & they’re very helpful when you’re struggling to pay your rent instead of just putting you out .

Verified Renter I been here a year now and I can say it’s a very nice place to live. The Arwen staff are doing all they can to make this complex better. Some don’t like the rules but without rules people will do what they want and it will be a mess. The maintenance team is amazing I see they are forgotten about when it comes to reviews. Verified Renter The staff wonderful!!!! The apartments are really nice in the inside and big. They should do some gardening but other than that I love it here.
Verified Renter I’ve been here since April 2023 and I like it so far. I have no major complaints. With anywhere you stay, I try my best to be a great neighbor/ tenant. As long as you do that, then that enhances your experience. That combined with a great apartment management staff like I have, makes it that much more enjoyable!
