Verified Renter I love living on this property the managers very nice maintenance get things done on time so I like it here I will be signing a new lease March
Verified Renter The manager and staff lack professionalism. The apartment grounds stay filthy. The residents walk their pets off-leash and it is not safe. The maintenance is slow. I try my best NOT o EVER have to go to the office because the energy is not welcoming..at all!!

Verified Renter So far it has been nice it’s only been a week for me and my family and we love it, it’s starting to feel like home sweet home the rooms looked small but they fix just fine when we placed all the furniture in and we have a little more playing space

Verified Renter The apartments are located in a good area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues.
Verified Renter I pretty much stay to myself and my neighbors do as well. The parking is free and it’s covered. The maintenance men always come out promptly after I call if I have any issues . Plus the staff is friendly. Especially love Mrs. Ortega who made my move in process smooth.
