Verified Renter The Arnold is a chic new mid-rise located in the middle of several breweries, coffee shops and many restaurants. In my time here I have noticed that most residents follow rules as opposed to prior apartments I've lived at. I believe that is due to great management having worked in property management in the past. Verified Renter The Arnold is a great location on the eastside. Great location for a commute, close to the bike trails and metro rail. Additionally, this location is right next to all of the action, with some of Austin's best restaurants and bars. The pool is large, and the amenities are a plus. Also, ~1 mi from Lady Bird lake access.
Verified Renter Location, location, location. Im not one that wants to hear screaming babies so I love that I love in a community that I see more people out walking dogs in. My neighbors are some of the best Ive ever had. I do hate that my apartment is practically a dead zone and I wish there was something I could do besides stand by my door or go outside to talk on my cellphone but at least its a nice outdoor area and I feel safe when I go outside.

Not Luxurious! Besides the horrible trash smell and dog poop and pee. This building reminds me of a old hospital, I hated living here. They will not inform you that they rent out an entire floor of apartments, The gate is never working and they have zero cameras on the property so if your vehicle is vandalized they don’t care it’s not on them. Don't apply to affordable income housing Some of their apartments are income restricted and their website does not clearly mention this income bracket, so don't make the mistake of applying to it only to be denied because you won't get refunded. Only mentioning this so you don't make the same mistake. I'm sure it's a nice place to live.
