Verified Renter I would consider just about any other living arrangement. The cost of living here is unjustified and almost feels like price gouging. Management is unwilling to negotiate with tenants and does a poor job maintaining the property. 1/10 rating.

Verified Renter I've been here for a few years and I'm proud to say I love this community! The amenities are incredible, I LOVE the fitness center! You can't beat this location. Finally, the STAFF! I can't imagine the challenges they have faced the last two years with the winter storm, pandemic, economic hardships, and all that comes with it! You guys are rockstars, and it doesn't go unnoticed! No security. Great location. Apartments are okay. Community is young 20-30 year-olds, very friendly. No families with children. Dog park is tiny. Security is low (practically non-existent). No concierge. Mail stolen 24/7. We got a coffee machine stolen from the mail room and every day there is evidence of vandalized boxes (ie., torn open). Complained with the leasing office, nothing was done. It’s a deal breaker for us. Ordering stuff online became too much of a problem while living here.

Verified Renter The overall service, maintenance, gym upkeep, package issues, etc are all garbage for the price we pay. Have never lived in an apartment that takes this long for even minor issues to get fixed
