Hoping for changes under new management I recently moved into the Arnold and while I enjoy the apartment, the staff, lead by the property manager, is diastorious. He honestly has no business being in property management and it shows; he does not respect residents and frequently goes on power trips for no reason at all. There is also a tremendous lack of maintenance on the property, most notably certain hallway walls and doors that you have to wonder how this apartment is only 2 years old. Not a great fit for me The bulk of the people who live in this building are young-ish party people, who cram the pool area full every weekend and have no regard for fuddyduddies like me who want to go to sleep at 11pm or relax by the pool as opposed to chug beer and yell from the balconies. Not my idea of a good time, so I left, due to people's lack of respect for the building and their fellow apartment dwellers: trash left everywhere, noise echoing down the hallways, in the pool area from the balconies and the aqua lounge, ... read more

The Arnold has... (Verified Renter) The Arnold has been great in every aspect. My only recommendation might be to add some kind of noise-dampening pieces to the walls. The hallways are sound tunnels and can get very loud.
