The Arnold has... (Verified Renter) The Arnold has been great in every aspect. My only recommendation might be to add some kind of noise-dampening pieces to the walls. The hallways are sound tunnels and can get very loud.

Recommend: gym! Leasing... (Verified Renter) Recommend: gym! Leasing office staff are helpful. The amenities like the pool and the courtyard and the aqua lounge are nice. Don't recommend: Parking is overpriced (I don't have a car so I don't mind too much, but it's hard to have guests over). Some service requests go unaddressed. It seems like some of the community members don't care for the complex (e.g. they leave their trash in the stairs, they let their dogs poop anywhere and don't pick it up), which is a little bit of a w... read more
