Verified Renter I've called The Arnold home for many years, it's hard to leave! The location is incredible, and includes the best amenities! The office & maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful! The most recent manager is so sweet and since her arrival, we have had SO many fun resident events & community upgrades! Verified Renter The maintenance team works so hard! Chris has always been attentive with work orders, and when there’s a delay he always calls to provide with updates. You will always see Jeff around property maintaining the groups. They are all so efficient and kind!

Verified Renter The Arnold is a good community in a great location in the heart of East Austin. Very close to a lot of great restaurants and fun experiences in town, walking and bike trails, and easy access to major roadways and the airport.

Verified Renter I would consider just about any other living arrangement. The cost of living here is unjustified and almost feels like price gouging. Management is unwilling to negotiate with tenants and does a poor job maintaining the property. 1/10 rating.
