Verified Renter The hallways are dirty/smelly. The walls are paper thin - you can easily hear every step our upstairs neighbor takes. You can easily hear the music of our neighbor to our left. Friends cars have been broken into in the parking garage. The location of the apartment is perfect and that is the best thing it has going for it.

Verified Renter I wouldn't recommend this community to my worst enemy. Steer clear of the Arnold unless you like being kept up all times of day by your neighbors and like the smell of pet urine in the hallway.

Verified Renter The Arnold is a chic new mid-rise located in the middle of several breweries, coffee shops and many restaurants. In my time here I have noticed that most residents follow rules as opposed to prior apartments I've lived at. I believe that is due to great management having worked in property management in the past.
