Verified Renter The Arnold is in a great location . Walking distance to most things you would need . Management has changed in the past few months and is not great at responding to concerns or completing issues that arise .

Verified Renter The hallways are dirty/smelly. The walls are paper thin - you can easily hear every step our upstairs neighbor takes. You can easily hear the music of our neighbor to our left. Friends cars have been broken into in the parking garage. The location of the apartment is perfect and that is the best thing it has going for it.

Verified Renter I wouldn't recommend this community to my worst enemy. Steer clear of the Arnold unless you like being kept up all times of day by your neighbors and like the smell of pet urine in the hallway.
