Verified Renter Love it here! The people are very friendly and gym is very spacious. The noise is very reasonable considering you're living on 6th and you can easily access all the lovely stores and entertainment areas of the local area.

Verified Renter I have experienced an extreme lack of communication from office staff and have been ignored and treated unfairly. Monthly rent is high but average for Austin I believe but doesn’t include utilities Wi-Fi parking trash services package delivery services etc.
