Garage gate never... (Verified Renter) Garage gate never worked but still paid full prices for parking in garage. Fire alarms constantly were going off. Charge to store bikes. No call box to allow guest in on East side of building.
Love the place,... (Verified Renter) Love the place, space, and amenities. Noise is probably the biggest issue, but understandable given the location. Wondering if there could have been a way to better soundproof the building.
I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the location, the look and feel of the building, and the perks I got when moving in. I also love how the building is pet friendly. I can't wait until it gets warmer and I am able to use the pool. However, it is expensive to live, but it is comparable with other buildings in the area.
May not be... (Verified Renter) May not be right for everyone due to night noise, construction, and number of homeless people wandering the area but we love the neighborhood, neighbors, and nearby businesses.
The only thing... (Verified Renter) The only thing I don't like about this complex is the price! All the staff is wonderful/competent and friendly. The maintenance folks are the best I've seen in my 14 apartment history! Kudos to The Arnold Crew!

(Verified Renter) I broadly feel I'm getting value from the Arnold but I'm concerned by the number of my neighbors who are deciding to move out because their rental rates are increasing aggressively. I'm just about happy with what I pay but I would not want to pay more. Also it's still noisy in my apartment.
Maintenance is great,... (Verified Renter) Maintenance is great, no complaints with maintenance. I just have logistical issues like no elevator or trash bins in building C, the parking garage doesn't seem safe or secure and anyone who lives in building C can't be sensitive to noise.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend the property for its quality and customer service but I can't recommend the property to someone who can't afford the prices or who can't walk up stairs or live in a loud area.
It's fine for... (Verified Renter) It's fine for someone who doesn't cook on the stove much, especially since there is a gas cooktop available in the common areas.
