Our split unit within warranty was not working properly. Though initially it took time to get an appointment and get the right technician but Daniel was professional, committed to resolve the issue and my family felt comfortable while he was fixing the compressor & refrigerant problem. The previous person they sent was not professional at all and border line rude.

Very satisfied with work. Professional, prompt, and he explained all the work he did that day.
The technician answered all my questions regarding a gas furnace cleaning/tuneup. He was polite and efficient. Most importantly, he alerted me to an imminent danger regarding my water heater. If he had not explained the situation, the house I am living in would have a lake in the basement, and a ruined furnace.
They are great! Very professional and courteous. Easy to reach and to get an appointment.
When I called TF O'Brien about a problem with the central A/C, they responded immediately. The tech who responded was Dan, who I found to be friendly, thorough and willing to answer questions.
Every employee is so nice and professional.they do whatever is necessary to get the job and are very helpful. We would highly recommend them, as they have installed central air and a full house generator.
The service man arrived early and fixed the problem. He was courteous and very clean. Very satisfied.
A wonderful service technician braved the extreme heat of my attic to fix a broken air conditioning system. Justin went above and beyond to take care of the problem efficiently.
