My brother was impressed by their local advertisement. So I called. From the first person to the last person I communicated with, in the company, were kind & warm. Let’s not forget about their expertise & responsiveness. They explained my choices, the cost & the process in a manner I understood without dimming down the info. We ultimately chose to install two new heating units. I would definitely recommend this company!

Extremely professional. Technician arrived on time - wearing his face mask - very thorough examination of 2 HVACs! He discussed a different approach while I'm cleaning filters in between visits from O'Brien Co. The technician, (last name "Clark"), wrote his report and I received a copy. Without a doubt the best around. Careful, courteous, and thorough. It’s tough to have people in your house for an extended period of time, but T.F. O’Brien are ultra professional and our house is a thousand times more livable as a result of their endeavors.
