Do the work - maybe I had used T F O'Brien & Co for years. I thought they were expensive but I felt comfortable leaving workers in my home if I had to be out, so that was a big plus. Good Air Conditioning Company Last year our airconditioning unit (central air) died. Someone came out immediately. He was honest and fair. He added more Freon but said we probably would need a new unit next year. And sure enough this summer it died completely. We called and they were able to make an appt. within a week. It was the hottest week of the year and they were busy so a week wasn't unreasonable.
My brother was impressed by their local advertisement. So I called. From the first person to the last person I communicated with, in the company, were kind & warm. Let’s not forget about their expertise & responsiveness. They explained my choices, the cost & the process in a manner I understood without dimming down the info. We ultimately chose to install two new heating units. I would definitely recommend this company!
They were wonderful from the very beginning to the end All their personal are knowledgeable professional and courteous. They respond to your calls and texts immediately. The work done was neat and clean as if they weren’t even there The ductless AC they said would do the job was right on point
Extremely professional. Technician arrived on time - wearing his face mask - very thorough examination of 2 HVACs! He discussed a different approach while I'm cleaning filters in between visits from O'Brien Co. The technician, (last name "Clark"), wrote his report and I received a copy.
