Our central air unit was not working properly on an oppressive, humid, hot day, and we called TF O'Brien after 7 pm. We were very concerned since I have asthma and we have a family member with a disability. The representative over the phone was polite and listened carefully to our explanation of the problem. It has been 5 years since my central AC install (2 floors and a split unit in basement) and everything works perfectly. Never had to call them after install other than to thank them. They were terrific with the install, not just with the mechanical aspect, but the foreman at the time accommodated my very scared dog by making everyone hide when I took her out. The price was less than or the same as other local and national companies. And we financed through them as well. I have recommended TF O'Brien to everyone I know!

We recently had our annual a/c service performed and it was performed by Ray M. He did ours last year also and did a superb job in every way. He is so very responsive, polite, and an expert in the Business. On top of that, fun and enjoyable to converse with. So far our experience with T.F. O’brien & Co. has been excellent and top shelf.

I want to share a positive experience I recently had with T.F. O'Brien & Co., Inc. The serviceman, Rafael, that came to my home to startup my A.C. system was prompt, professional & courteous. I have found with all my dealings with this company, whether it be the office staff, the servicemen, contractors, all are extremely polite & willing to listen & help their customers as best they can. Top notch business & a pleasure to deal with.

The techs at O'Brien are all extremely knowledgeable and do great work. They've been to my house for repairs, maintenance and installations. Each time everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company.
