Courteous and professional from start to finish. They send an email to confirm appt’s with a picture and info about the technician. Before and after pictures of the work that was done along with explanation of why is helpful to the home owner. Having the option of paying on the spot and receiving an email with an itemized invoice before the driver leaves the from of your house is a nice touch...nobody does it like TF O’Brien!!!

Kevin came to our house today for our annual checkup on our system and was great! He came last year and knew our system and explained everything he did to us! Fantastic service!
I have dealt with T.F. O'Brien & Co. in the past and got the excellent service I expected. We had no heat, our boiler would not start. It took one call and Kevin was there the same day. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat, replaced it and we were back in business. All very efficient and and smooth. I would definitely recommend T.F. O'Brien.

I had a hot water heater installed by Nicholas. He was prompt and answered all of my questions. The old one was still under warranty from **** ***** and Nicholas and his helper came with me to the store so that I could get a credit. That was a big headache off of my shoulders.
Omesh came to my house on Monday to conduct the annual check of my central A/C unit. He was on time, courteous and professional. I’ve never had a problem with TF O’Brien it any of their employees. Very happy all around. Keep up the great work and service.
