At his visit at my request Mr. M****** was helpful, courteous. He listened to my request and advised me that there is no reason to add any other equipment to my heating system. This made me more trusting as, he was not interested in charging for unneccessary devices. I was not charged for his time or visit by his office.
We were very pleased with Justin’s efficient manner in which he installed our new TVAC. His was friendly and provided new information on the operation of the unit. He is an asset to TF O’Brien organization.
We recently needed to have work done on our heating system, and the servicemen sent were professional & fixed the issue in a reasonable amount of time. We received a call the next day from this company insuring that the service was completed and done in a professional manner. Highly recommend them!
I had a new furnace installed in October 2017 with a Slant Finn, a locally New York produced product. Chris O'***** came to my house within 2 days of calling the company, and made a thorough assessment of my heating needs. TF O'Brien did an excellent job in handling the service call for my HVAC system. In scheduling the visit they set up an appointed time window that accommodated my work schedule so I did not need to take time off. When the technicians arrived, they were courteous, efficient, honest and especially respectful of keeping my home as clean as possible.
Needed to have our boiler checked out duee to the cold weather. Called T.F. O'Brien who we've been using for years for both the A.C. and heating. Justin C. arrived when they said he would and made sure everything was working as it should. Good service. Stand by T.F. O'Brien and their employees.
