I recently had my annual service performed on my air conditioning system. Rafael L., T.F. O'Brien's field/service representative, was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, as well as leaving my A/C in tip-top shape through the 90 degree heat we've experienced already, Thank you T.F.
