They met with me before the installation to review every detail. They showed up on the date and time promised. Very professional and friendly install team. Cleaned up after each day. When the installation was completed they went over all the parts of the system and how to use it.
All I wanted to do was replace an old hot water heater before it broke down. Because of poor measurement taking by O'Brien, the new hot water heater wouldn't fit down my stairs. I was given the option to demo my staircase to fit the new one in at my own expense or spend double the money quoted to me to upgrade the hot water system which is what I did to avoid being without hot water. Then with faulty installation, they had to come back 2 other times to redo the plumbing. They wanted to leave me without hot water for 2 days b... read more
