I'm hesitant to rave about how professional, personable and knowledgeable Ray was because I'm afraid me won't be free when I need him. Everyone will request him when they have service done!! Very happy with TF O'Brien!
We have a 1916 neoclassical colonial house with a steam radiator system. Ray is a rock star with steam systems. He takes the time to check and balance each radiator. He also changed all the valves to adjustable valves. He also enjoys explaining how to get the most out of the system. We also have had Ray condition our air conditioning systems and he did a great job on those too.
