My husband and I purchased a 2023 hybrid Highlander in April 2023. We worked with Dalton Dunn who was super great to work with. We really appreciated Dalton helping us get the best vehicle for our needs, going to bat for us for the best value on our vehicle trade in, and keeping us informed about updates and services. Took my 2012 Prius in for service. Great customer service! Car was done at 11:20, just as they said it would be. Our service rep was a 10! Thanks for being so kind.
Purchased my vehicle on a lease. Was not told about any special options. Then I got a crappy offer for a 2004 ford pickup with normal wear & tear. $500 trade value blue book around 5k. This was insulting for me so immediately. The manager steps it up to 2k. I figure that's fair. I wanted to pay for some accessories and was told the pricing at $408. I offered 5k for 3k accessories and the down payment. They stayed now I can get the special lease. $329. 7k total 3k down 3k accessories. 1k should bring my value up??? Somehow th... read more
