A great service experience here, as usual. They identified several items that needed addressed, and were able to get them taken care of all in the same day. Anne was a pleasure to work with. She explained everything very well, and communicated updates and progress very well.

When you're working on servicing a vehicle and something goes wrong, shouldn't it be common practice to notify the customer of the issue and work to find a resolution? You'd think. But rather than do that, Teton Toyota decided to not disclose the issue, and then let me find out about a newly failed part as soon as I try and drive it off the lot. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO WORK ON YOUR CAR! ! A SO CALLED TOYOTA CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN HAS DONE A POOR JOB ON MY CAR AND WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM ABOUT THE NEW PROBLEM I HAD AFTER THEY PERFORMED WORK ON MY CAR AND NOW IT PULSATES AND THEY WILL TELL YOU ITS NORMALL!!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR VEHICLE AT ALL THEN STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!
The grounds are always clean of debris and the employees are always helpful. I am recommending this place of business.
