Fast, friendly and effective! I really liked working with Brian in service. He was willing to go the extra mile and was very professional and competent. What’s more, I overheard a convo between a representative and a customer where an effort was obviously being made not only to go above and beyond, but to overcome some questions/difficulties of warranty coverage. Very unprofessional with deals with honest customers. I spent so much time at the location. Purchased a vehicle at this location in 2022, it gave me many issues after 10 months & we brought it back & was treated as if I was cheating the salesman. My husband decided to purchase a 2023 Camry & it didn’t feel comfortable because a salesman “manager” named Lalo… gave us a lot of attitude.
