Josh was AMAZING. So kind and thoughtful. However my finance guy was pushy. He pushed 2 more times after I said no.. then asked me to sign docs I had Not seen and got crabby.. then when I found an error went silent. Not my Fav.
an hour agoNEW DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE. My 18' Camry would not start so I brought it to the dealership to be looked at. Turns out the battery needed replaced and the parking brake sensors needed to be reprogrammed. This experience was not bad from a customer service aspect. However, the next day I went to fill up on gas and the gas door button on the inside of the car wasn't working at all. There is an emergency release mechanism in the trunk for the gas door so I went and looked at that and the panel to that... read more
A very easy and enjoyable experience. Everyone very helpful and friendly did a wonderful job. Went out of their way to make sure you were happy. I have friends that give it a good review also!!
Took my car in for something to be done and asked them iff it could ready by 1:30 the next day. They stayed late and got it done that evening! Great service!
Due to some other appointments, I arrived twenty minutes late for my service appointment. No problem. They got me in right away. After the required service was performed, they took the time to also sync up my wife’s cell phone to my vehicle. The parts department was also most helpful in making sure that the required part was waiting for us to perform the work. All staff were most helpful and friendly. I will utilize this dealership for all future service required for my new Toyota Tundra. Thanks!!
