Probably the worst experience I have ever had there...we have purchased 6 cars there. Usually a car and truck together. For the first time I didn't feel like my business was appreciated. The personal touch was missing, disappointing. Normally, the person who accepts my vehicle takes care of keeping me in the loop about my vehicle. This time after I dropped off my Rav 4 and went into the lobby to wait, I never heard from that person again. That same person usually comes out to get me and takes care of getting the final paperwork done. The service was great. They were very kind and accommodating. The salesman, Bryan, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We have used them before so we keep going back..
I usually have great service at this dealership but when I had my last oil change it took 2 hours. Apparently, my car was done but the paperwork never got to me until I brought it to their attention.
