While everyone is very nice, I recommend Chase B. and his team. As he went above and beyond to get my highlander in and fixed when everyone else was stuck in overcomplicated systems and protocols. (too many people doing the same job, can’t keep track of who I talked to last! 😐) Also like the new rental setup and the ladies there. Not nearly as put off as previous interactions.

The first salesman emailed me and asked for my phone number, which I emailed twice. I told him I wanted to do business through texting, but I never heard from him again. Then, the manager e-mailed me and asked if I needed any more help. I told him that I had not heard from the first salesman and that I wanted to know if he would deal further on the Corolla.
