I purchased a new Rav 4 from Teton Toyota. The experience was great. I have always had a headache after purchasing a vehicle from other dealers. This is the first time it was a pleasant experience, no pressure from sales rep (Joy), it was like talking to a good friend. No hassles, She was a very pleasant person to do business with. And the financial rep (Polo) was so easy to work with, we could have talked for hours. Both were such a joy and an asset to their Teton Toyota company.
Comments pertains to service. We brought the car in to find and fix as leak in engine area. It was fixed, brought the car Holme and found another leak. Took it back and that leak was found and fixed. Brought car home and had a third leak, Thr repairs were expensive and should have been apparent in one thorough inspection. Seems incompetent and wasted our time. L ok at confidence in Lexus and dealer.
I love the people who helped me get my new car. The service was amazing. I’ve gone here for my scheduled service since I got my new car. Today however was not a very good experience. It started with scheduling conflict saying I was not scheduled for today it was for tomorrow but then they said that they would be able to get me in today. That was a relief because I live 67 miles away. I asked them if they could wash my car for me after the service. When they were finished they came and got me. Yet again. .. another great customer experience with the Teton Toyota Service Department. Jon Rampton always makes sure I know what needs to be done and that I understand why. The first time I went to Teton Toyota in 2021 was because they were the closest dealer to me. Since then, I have become a loyal customer because of the great service and most of all because of Jon Rampton's excellent customer service for which I am very grateful! See you next time Jon!!

This dealership is fantastic! Andrea and Palo were a true pleasure to work with and were knowledgeable regarding the car and financing options. Teton Toyota is clearly customer driven. I’ve purchased several cars from them over the years and will do so again. After sales service has always been good and quick.
