My car wouldn't start after filling up for gas. I was a few hours into my drive from Tulsa to Chicago the day after Christmas around 7 pm. Terry's came out to help and realized it wasn't going to be a quick fix. They got me (and my dog) to a hotel and towed my car to their shop. My car was fixed within a few hours the next day!! They were very helpful and quite kind to me. Highly recommended!!
After sliding into a curb in a very slick intersection, I called Terry's. He was there in a matter of minutes. They made sure I didn't fall on the ice getting out of my car. My safety was their priority. Terry helped me make decisions I was unable to. I highly recommend Terry 's!!!
Yesterday a simple tire change turned into a 6 hour event in the freezing cold due to one stubborn lug nut. Luckily my mom was recommended to Terry's and they swooped in and saved this damsel in distress! Oh my goodness we had the happiest ending to the most frustrating day all thanks to Terry's. It was horrible weather for Lily to get a flat and even worse weather for an also flat spare and a lug nut that wouldn't budge. Beyond thankful for how quickly the tow truck arrived and how well they took care of us. I won't ever call anyone else again! They were just so wonderful :)
