Great service. Stephen was great. Explained everything he was going to do and why. Was nice to my granddaughter. Was friendly and provided a quick service.
We got a flat tire on the highway. We called our roadside assistance and they sent Terry's Auto Service to us. They got to us much quicker than expected and Stephen was great! Very professional and very efficient!
My daughter attends college in Springfield and had a flat tire on her car. She is 5 hours from home, so we called Terry's Auto Service and they sent somone out almost immediately to assist her. They also kept in contact with us to keep us informed about the repairs. We are very pleased with the professional and personal care we received from them. We will definitely keep their number handy if we ever need a tow or auto service again.
Jason was fast getting to my vehicle... less than 30 minutes.... and very reasonable priced WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TERRY'S Can't go wrong Will definately use again if needed
WOW! Now that's what I call service! Jason took less then 35 minutes to get 10 miles to get to our poor broken truck off Highway 65 to tow it! And what a clear vision of experience when hooking up and towing, I definitely would recommend them all the way! Thank you again Jason for the great service!

We broke down an hour away from home at 10:30 at night and after a few phone calls to some tow companies we came across Terry's Auto Service! Jason arrived at time said, was very courteous on drive back home. Once home and car unloaded he took time to look under the hood and explain what had happened and what it will probably take to fix it. Thanks to Jason we made it home safe and sound. We appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend them!
