My daughter hydroplaned this morning. Terry pulled in behind her as she was on the phone with me crying and freaking out. He towed her to college and calmed her down. It shows there are still some good people out there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a blessing.

My daughters Trailblazer broke down today: I called my "normal" tow company, who was short with me, and placed me on an extended hold. I hung up, and searched for another company, which ended up being Terry's. Funny how things work out, as I was extremely pleased with the punctuality, care and professionalism! They now have a lifetime customer with my family and I.
My husband's truck broke down in Springfield (we live outside of St. Louis) and Terry's did such a great job! They thought they wouldn't be able to fix it for a day, but were able to get him back on the highway the same day! I'm so grateful that I didn't have to spend another day away from my husband and three kids!

My daughter's car caught on fire between Springfield and Rolla on her way home from college. The highway patrol called Terrys. Terrys driver picked up my daughter and what was left of the car and took them both back to Springfield. He didn't require payment that day. I was in St. Louis and couldn't get down to Springfield until the weekend. Terry did not charge us storage fees, and he worked out a deal on getting rid of the car. Terry is very fair and honest. I would recommend him to everyone I know.
Flat tire in the middle of sorta nowhere. Jason with Terry's was on it in a jiffy and I was on my way within 30 min of calling. So quick and he was very nice and efficient. Thanks for making what could have been a horrible experience somewhat pleasant!!!
