RecommendedStephen came to tow a vehicle we rented and had an accident in. He was extremely helpful, very professional and put us completely at ease. He was efficient while loading up the vehicle, checked and double checked our condition and the condition of the vehicle. Stephen provided great customer service, and made our misfortune a lot better. Wish there were more people like him.

"We go the extra mile" is the logo on the paper pad Cassidy gave me, and that's not a stretch. Cassidy came to tow my car to the auto shop (I am not a car guy, and don't know how to do much more than add gas to my vehicle) (he saw that writen all over me) Cassidy asked a few discovery questions before he towed my car off. I thought it was a bad starter, but Cassidy knew it was my battery, he was able to jump my car, and he saved me, not only on a tow, but hundreds at the auto shop! we where two hours away from home Saturday with all of are kids. and he pulled up to the tine he said he would be there. told him where I want to go and he made sure that he didn't lose us in traffic. by the time we got to the Chevy house in Ozark mo he was trying to come up with a plan for us if the Chevy dealer could not get us back to the road that day. so to all my friends and family you need help call Cassidy with Terry's auto service and towing
