RecommendedHighly recommend. I was broke down a week dealing with another shop that screwed things up worse. I called Terry’s and they got me in and got me back on the road. High quality technicians and trouble shooters. John is fantastic! Clean professional shop with fair prices. Do yourself a favor and call Terry’s when you need help. Stay away from Gilbert’s is my advise.

He was fast and professional, kind and patient. He took my family all the way home (quite a ways) after our car accident. With a wrecked car towing behind us and tornado watches and warnings here and there, rain pouring down, he was calm and in control. His kind demeanor and big, safe truck were such a relief after such a bad night. He gets top marks in every way.
Amazing service and super friendly! I got a flat on thanksgiving night and had to leave my car, when I came back the next morning we discovered someone had broken my window. They came and towed my car to their shop and kindly looked at the tire to see if there was anything they could do to fix it, ended up putting the spare on for me free of charge! I really appreciated everything they did for me!
Called Terry's at the recommendation of a friend of mine to tow a non running pickup for me. I made the phone call at 315pm on a Sunday and the tow and paperwork was complete by about 4pm. Brandon was the driver and was awesome. I will be recommending and using Terry's from now on. Way to set an example of how to do business!

What great and reasonable service! I got a flat tire during the morning rush hour in Springfield with my 2 young boys in the car. Brandon was fantastic. There in less than 10 minutes, tire changed in less than 10 minutes, and he let us sit in his warm truck. Very professional!
