I'm visiting from out of state and noticed a coolant leak under my truck yesterday morning which turned out to be a leaking radiator. Took it to Terry's and they were able to get me in quickly to make repairs and get me back on the road yesterday afternoon. The guys stayed past quiting time to get me back on the road. They were very professional and took good care of me at a very fair price. Thanks guys!
The gentlemen who towed my car this morning was incredibly polite, quick, and professional. Last night I contacted a different company and the person was rude and I seemed to be a bother. Terry's was a nice contrast showing excellent customer service while towing my car to Sam's Club. Don't waste your time with another company. Call Terry's.
I've know Terry for many years. He has exceptional customer service skills and goes above and beyond to take care of his customers Ina timely manner.
Always very courteous even when I called them at 3 AM when it was literally 7° and I wrecked my truck. They have saved me from being stranded several times at all times of the day and night. Very strongly recommend to anyone in need of assistance.
I broke down on my way out of town yesterday. Terry's Towing came to pick me up in 10 minutes. Albert was awesome. He took care of my car and was kind and professional! I thought I might have to spend an extra night in Springfield, but the shop got the parts, fixed my car and got me back on the road in just a couple of hours! Thanks for your help yesterday!!
