We were stuck on the side of the road at 2 in the morning. Roadside assistance told us it was going to be 45 minutes before a tow truck would be available. The truck arrived 15 minutes early and the driver, Stephan (I'm guessing on the spelling) was awesome. He had a great attitude and helped get our car going quickly.
About 6 pm yesterday on my way home, my brakes got super hot. Out of roughly 12 people that my insurance company called, Terry's was the only one that would come all the way out to the back road to get my car. It took about 45 minutes to get all the way out there, but arrived exactly when he said he would. Stephen was great, thanks again!!!
I recently had an unfortunate breakdown. Terry's was there faster than expected. Driver Paul Martin was very professional and knowledgeable about the right way to haul my truck. Great job guys!!
Some of our family was returning from a trip to San Antonio Texas. We were plagued with fuel pump problems from the time we left San Antonio. We limped along to Springfield, MO before anyone would even help us. The people that bent over backwards to help us were the Terry's Towing crew. Worst company ever i had a tire blow out on 65 hyway last night called them they never showed up i guess they called me after my phone died and called me unprofessional they the one unprofessional after waiting 45 min i called another tow company the responded in 25 min terrys never showed up and left me rude messages
We traveled to San Antonio Texas last week to attend my sons graduation from the Air Force. On our way home our rv was in. Desperate need of a new fuel pump. We were not able to get help with this from anyone on our travel home to Illinois from anyone until we were told about Terrys. And thank god were told about them. They were our true life savers. the transmission went out on our suv heading back to okc from branson and our insurance called terrys. they went above and beyond the call of duty to help us home and fixed our suv in a timely manner. and is now doing great. thanks guys for a job well done.
