Our work truck broke down on our way home, on Friday evening. Our rode side service called another company. They left us sitting on the shoulder of a busy hwy. We called our insurance told them what was going on. They called Terry's, not only were they there quick, the gentleman that took care of us was friendly and polite.
We were in Springfield after a long work week. (We are over the road truck drivers). Were able to do a few miles toward home & the fuel pump went out on our PICKUP. Our Safety director recommended Terry's Auto Service and Towing. Within 15 minutes someone arrived. He took us & our PICKUP into the shop. They were so nice. They were able to to repair it same day.
We were on our way from Oklahoma to Illinois and stopped to eat. We came back out and the Durango wouldn't start. They had to bring two trucks,one for the kids and I and one for the Durango and Abdullah. Father and son were both great, friendly, and helpful. With four kids, It could have been a terrible experience but, it was great. They got to travel across town in a tow truck and then sit in a Model T while we waited on the auto repairs which were also quick since they radioed ahead to free up the lift for our car that was... read more
Terrys Auto Service and Towing has been a lifesaver for me and my wife. I have a limited budget and own a 2002 ford explorer 4×4 there towing & automotive combined has saved me time and money I called Terry at 730am and a tow truck was in my driveway by 745am. My truck being 4×4 has to be towed a certain way and they exceeded my expectations. My expierence from start to finish was friendly, professional and thorough. Our family was coming home from vacation in October and had car trouble. JBC Tire in Nixa had messed up our vehicle during a repair and we were stranded. Terry came to tow us, took our family to a hotel, then took our suburban to his shop to repair it for us after hours. He made the repair, then checked on us later that night, then he called and checked on us the next morning to make sure we got on the road. I wish I had a good review but I don't. My daughter's car needed to be rescued from knee deep water and the driver made my husband get in the water and hook up the car. Maybe there is a policy I am not understanding. My daughter and husband (68 years old) were soaked and cold. Then they delivered the car to our home and got stuck in the yard. Our yard is a mess. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. I will be calling the insurance company that sent them to let them know the kind of non-service we received.
