ok originally hired to tow my 05'bonnieville from residents to his shop for radiator repair.. was quoted $350-$500. Terry over charged me. final bill was $786 1. then car not even 2weeks later stops running.. call him ..he gets there 2 he's later tows me for another extra tow fee. fights with me over the phone about why n what he's liable for.. Received a panic call from my sister-n-law that my niece had just blowout a front left tire on her way to class in Springfield and was stranded on I-44 close to the Strafford exit. I hurried to help her but by the time I arrived, Terry Harden towing service had already rushed to her location and moved her and her car to Love's parking lot. Broke down on I-44 Today in Springfield. Hit the jackpot calling these guys for a tow. Stephn and Ashley were super cool and super nice. Towed me all the way back to Bolivar cheap and fast! I am keeping their business card. I will not use any other service if I brake down in Springfield again (god forbid)! Great people Great Service A-1 Company !!!!!
