Verified Renter The only complaint i have is for maintenance requests to be solved asap, they solve it fully but the time it takes is frustrating, sometimes even multiple requests for the same problem.
Verified Renter I moved here back in April of this year and I like the community. It is quiet and all of the residents pretty much stay to themselves which is nice.

Verified Renter I have a very elated experience here at broadstone Tempe station. They have amazing gym, amazing apartments and amazing maintenance staff as well. They have a very well maintained facility.

Verified Renter So far it's been good. I've only been here 5 months. So we'll see how it goes these next few months. I'm glad they have a full maintenance crew, so hopefully things will be taken care of sooner.
