Verified Renter Great place on the edge of Tempe. The light rail access is to die for, and I've had the least issues living here over other places I've been in Tempe.

Verified Renter I've loved Tempe Station for its right on the light rail location, well upkept grounds, and decent front desk/online help. I've had some problems with the management switching over from Green Leaf, and trouble getting mail and payments through with Covid complications.

Good It is a safe place and helpful staff. Good prices. Wide windows. Quiet, the front office equipped with computers and printers. The swimming pool is clean

Great place It's a good choice to live here. The environment is very good. And the facilities are in good condition. Also, I can take light rail to school.
