Verified Renter Tempe station is in a great location, updated floor plans and amenities. The relationship between leasing staff, maintenance and the tenants definitely needs work but overall it’s a nice apartment to live in

Verified Renter Overall it’s a great place, the location is nice and it’s right across the street from one of the tram. The apartment holds its temperature almost perfectly, and I’ve always come back to a cool relaxing time :-)

Verified Renter The apartments and complex at Tempe Station are beautiful and spacious, however our apartment upon move in was not cleaned to our expectations. There was dry food on outlets and missing blinds and screens. Also, the amenities are often locked before they are supposed to close. Besides these inconveniences, we have enjoyed our stay at Tempe Station and look forward to the rest of our time here.

Horrible office staff A hole had to be cut into my kitchen wall due to my shower leaking into the unit underneath me and it took 3 months to fix. Lost my keys and needed to be let into the building and maintenance told me he couldn’t let me in because they let someone into an apartment that wasn’t there. After paying a locksmith $130 to get into my apartment I called the front office and they said I could have been let in during regular business hours, but they do not issue refunds and she could send me a copy of my rental a... read more
Verified Renter Huge roach problem that cannot seem to be mitigated. Old appliances if you don’t get a renovated unit. Large units and decent amenities, though.

Verified Renter My experience living at Tempe Station has been nothing but good. Management has always been nice and accommodating and the community is well taken care of. Great location and well run, not to mention the taco trucks that management arranges from time to time. They truly make an effort to create a friendly community atomsphere.
