Verified Renter Good community, well maintained swimming pool and gym. Friendly staff in the office and good maintenance. Apartment is spacious enough. And it’s a gated community.

Verified Renter I’ve been renting this apartment for over six months now and the consistency with the maintenance and the professionalism of the Staff hasn’t changed since day one. Fast response to issues I can have with it. All the Staff are really friendly and they promote different events that allow us to interact with each others. I can walk my dog after 10 pm and is really quiet and safe for us. Plus the location couldn’t be better, close to everything (parks, ASU campus, shopping centers, movie theater and bares, etc).

Verified Renter It almost always takes awhile for maintenance orders to get completed. Other than that, the location is awesome and the community is pretty safe.
Verified Renter Tempe Station is truly a hidden gem. It's in the perfect location for almost anything and everything. The grounds are beautiful as well as the pool area. The new furniture at the pool area is awesome and very comfortable. The office crew is always willing to help with any issues you might have. The maintenance Department is absolutely the best.
