Verified Renter I used to love living here. I have for nearly three years. To start with, things were great. Awesome front office. Prompt repairs made. Clean property. None of that is here anymore. It’s sad. I’m waiting months for a repair to be completed. I’ve had to threaten legal action to get water running in my faucet again, as it hadn’t been repaired in nearly a month. Things have clearly fallen apart here.

Verified Renter I like this community but the maintenance team is slow to requests and there are a lot of homeless people that jump the fence in the back of the community and it’s very frustrating. I don’t want to have to worry about my wife simply walking to her car
