Verified Renter I love it here they are very easy to communicate with and get a hold of if there’s a problem The front desk staff is really friendly and they’re always hosting some type of event
Verified Renter The apartment is lovely, amenities are nice when they are open and available. Leasing office staff have been passive aggressive but they still listen and are helpful. Maintenance is slow but when they do come they are extremely nice and accommodating to your needs. It’s been a great experience over all!

Verified Renter For the low price that I pay here (unrenovated unit) I really can't complain. It's quiet for tempe even though it's barely tempe. It does seem like they're always closing one of the few amenities for repairs but I guess that's better than no repairs at all. They struggled with maintenance staffing for awhile but that seems to be in order now and I've never had any issues with them.
