Verified Renter AC didn't work for some days... and it was unclear how it would be fixed until we had 3 different maintenance people come Dishwasher took a long time to be replaced amenities are great though and its a well maintained area

Verified Renter Been living here for almost 2 years now and it's honestly been great considering the price and area. I will say that I was fortunate enough to grab a great deal on my apartment. I do live in an unrenovated apartment, which has been fine, appliances are older but they work just the same. But its my understanding that they will be renovating all of the older units once the current resident moves out so I don't think an unrenovated unit for a cheaper price will be available anymore.
