Verified Renter I’ve been part of this community for a while now and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The community events are well-organized and provide a nice opportunity to connect with others. Maintenance and cleanliness are usually up to standard, and any concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Verified Renter Tempe Station is a remarkable place to live. The people who live at Tempe are friendly and kind and very considerate. The office staff are thoughtful and very helpful. The maintenance department are always there to help and keep the apartments in top shape.

Verified Renter Tempe Station is a wonderful place to live. The location is absolutely perfect it's close to everything. The complex/grounds are beautiful and the office staff and maintenance crew are terrific.

Verified Renter Applying and leasing is very simple task. But simple doesn’t mean easy. Broadstone staff makes it easier for new residents and the pricing are great for what we get in return.
Verified Renter Great complex. Plenty of amenities, parking and events. Community is kept exceptionally clean and secure with gates and on site security. As well as a great location in Tempe by the freeway and light rail and being a comfortable distance from the nightlife. Only downsides are probably connecting with the front office for maintenance issues or other questions that require a manager to be present (they can be quite elusive) and restrictions to the amenities (they aren’t 24/7)
Verified Renter AC didn't work for some days... and it was unclear how it would be fixed until we had 3 different maintenance people come Dishwasher took a long time to be replaced amenities are great though and its a well maintained area
Verified Renter It is fun to leave here I just renewed my lease for a year the staff is great the atmosphere is nice the gym swimming pool and all the amenities are awesome fun place to live

Verified Renter The staff is really helpful and the amenities is absolutely fun to use. If the heat had not been this extreme the pool side area would be the most used facility by me :)
