Verified Renter Love the complex and the amenities. Gym cold use more space/equipment but only so much you can do there. Pools are great. Front office staff members are awesome.

Verified Renter I have lived here for 4ish years, and I have had both positive and negative experiences. Things appear to be improving, for the most part. Repairs have started to be much more prompt, and amenities have been improved. My apartment is really nice, and I’ve had no issues with my neighbors, as I have upgraded my unit in the past 6 months. I don’t see myself leaving after my lease is up next year.

The office staff are so nice and helpful, they always go the extra mile to help us. The maintenance team is top notch and very professional. Tempe Station is in a great location for almost anything you would want to do. It's a nice, comfortable and beautiful place to live.
