Verified Renter I always write excellent reviews about the neighborhood, great location, close to everything (mall, restaurants, parks, movie theaters, ASU, etc). Safe place to walk with your dog at night time or just to walk around the neighborhood. My only complaint has always been the carelessness from people who owns dogs, they don’t pick up after their pets and use the dog park as a potty area. Verified Renter Another awesome year at Tempe Station. We're so excited about the upgrades to our Front and back pools. When a person rides by the front of Tempe Station the 1st impression is beauty and community, which are both true. From the Office staff to the Maintenance Department, good people doing a great job. Keep up the amazing work.
Verified Renter Great size apartments, staff is really nice! Love that we have community events and taco trucks! My only complaint would be the maintenance of the dog park. But also the other dog parents who don’t pick up after their dogs do maintenance can’t really take care of the dog park, but outside of that it’s great!

Verified Renter It has been great living here, i love the area and it is a great size, especially if it is just you and your pet. I dont have an upgraded apartment so I dud run into a few problems which is to be expected with older appliances and everything but anytime i have a problem maintenance is quick to come fix it! Highly recommend
