Verified Renter Great staff, two nice pools areas available, beautiful plants and trees around the property, nice clubhouse too. Overall it’s a good spot to live. There is also private security and it’s gated at night. I’m not saying it’s perfect but it’s better than the vast majority of places out here

WORST PLACE TO LIVE This place is terrible and cheaply renovated!!! The pool was shut down by the city health inspector because it was so disgusting! You would be better off living in a dumpster in an alley way than living here. There is dog poop and ants everywhere around the property and maintenance is useless. They got a new name but it’s the same terrible experience. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!

Verified Renter Tempe Stations managers and workers are the best! Never a rude tone and is always willing to help no matter what. Tempe Station also has great communication it can be via text, call or email they do it all. The community mixers are the best here I got to know a lot of my neighbors! Keep it up Tempe Stations you rock!

Verified Renter I have been a resident at this complex for almost 9 years now. Well before it was Tempe Station. It is a beautiful place to call home and has many amenities and they keep adding new ones. I look forward to trying the coffee bar in the near future.
