Verified Renter For the low price that I pay here (unrenovated unit) I really can't complain. It's quiet for tempe even though it's barely tempe. It does seem like they're always closing one of the few amenities for repairs but I guess that's better than no repairs at all. They struggled with maintenance staffing for awhile but that seems to be in order now and I've never had any issues with them.

Verified Renter These apartments are spacious, clean and well cared for. The buildings and the property are well-maintained. The atmosphere of the community is quiet and peaceful. Very pleasant feel to the place and the front office staff are friendly and willing to help. My move-in experience was great. Smooth working with management while in the search process, right up to the signing of the lease. Very excited to live here :)
Verified Renter I always write excellent reviews about the neighborhood, great location, close to everything (mall, restaurants, parks, movie theaters, ASU, etc). Safe place to walk with your dog at night time or just to walk around the neighborhood. My only complaint has always been the carelessness from people who owns dogs, they don’t pick up after their pets and use the dog park as a potty area. I wish the leasing office could enforce the rules. There are apartments who has up to 4 dogs per apartment, which I think it’s ... read more
