Verified Renter I like this community but the maintenance team is slow to requests and there are a lot of homeless people that jump the fence in the back of the community and it’s very frustrating. I don’t want to have to worry about my wife simply walking to her car

Verified Renter Overall, Tempe Station is a relatively nice place to live. However, maintenance often takes far too long to look into and fix issues. The front office isn’t the most helpful and things about the community aren’t always communicated promptly. Our rent is somewhat cheap compared to other communities, however my roommates and I live in one of the non-renovated apartments, which does have cheaper rent. If you want something affordable and decent then Tempe Station is an okay place to live.

Verified Renter This place is great. Reasonable prices for huge apartments. Even the non-renovated units aren't too outdated. Quick maintenance repairs and flexible scheduling. The only things I wish the complex had are valet trash and assigned parking.

Verified Renter The place is awesome. It was very easy for anyone to move here. There are several facilities like gym , swimming pool , locker room etc. There is a metro station near the apartment so travelling is very easy
