Verified Renter The environment and price is good. But the efficiency of maintenance will be a reason that I do not want to recommended here. Theres several problems didnt fix before I move-in. And I went to the office and submitted the work order on Monday, they said they can definitely come and fixed them on T between 12-3 pm, and then nobodys came. Hello, I understand your frustration with our slower maintenance response times. It is certainly not our intention, our goal is to respond quickly within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a maintenance crew shortage which is effecting our response times. We are using contractors and help from other properties to help with this temporary shortage.
