ON FEBRUARY 12, 2019, I TOOK MY DODGE CARAVAN IN FOR ROUTINE TRANSMISSION SERVICE AT 60,000 MILES; THE WORK WAS PERFORMED AT THE AGREED UPON PRICE IN THE TIME FRAME INDICATED. ON THE TEST DRIVE A PLASTIC FITTING IN THE COOLING SYSTEM DECIDED FOR NO APPARANT REASON TO BREAK AND SPRAY COOLENT ALL OVER, AND OF COURSE RENDERED THE VEHICLE UNDRIVABLE UNTIL IT COULD BE REPAIRED.
