I took my car here and nobody was helpfull. Jeff the service guy didnt even returned my calls. I had a generic Jeep Wrangler gas over spill issue. Which the service bulletin number for this is 14-001-11 and hundreds of 2007 jeep wrangler owners changed this part under the warranty and somehow this mechanic didnt want it change the part. Its safety issues. If u guys can not solve the problem go to google type in 2007 jeep wrangler gas tank issues and u will see not only one hundreds people changed this gas tank under warranty... read more
Very honest and fair pricing!
I was recently in for several recalls that I had scheduled an appointment for. Upon walking into the Tempe Ram service department, I noticed that most everyone was busy. I politely waited for someone to become available. While I was quietly waiting John *. (didn't get his last name) approached me and stated someone would be with me when they were available. Ok so I came in to have my car serviced and I end up being approached by this salesman named Jo. after chatting, i looked at a few different cars with him. Now I'm still on the fence about which car is best, but Jo was so patient and informative. I'm thankful for his help and will be returning to purchase.
I’ve had to call the service department a handful of times and every single time they are so rude to me, it’s unbelievable. Today I called to explain an issue with my Jeep and the response was “And...?” And help me, that’s what! I will never come back here especially after my purchase experience was also terrible.
The service department needs to be supervised closer. One time we had oil change, came home and the car was smoking. come to find out oil was drained, but no new oil was put back in. Now recently we trusted Dodge with our A/C issues and over $3000 and 2 1/2 weeks later (we had to rent a car!) we finally took it home. My husband just now had to pull over on the 101 freeway becasue the engine was over heating. Apparently within that $3000 you guys couldnt afford to put in the coolant!!!
