I bought a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Sport with 20K miles. Within the last 2 months I have been into the service department 4 times for oil leaks. Service was sub par until I spoke to the Service Department Manager and finally received decent customer service. I asked to speak with the Sales Manager to discuss my frustrations and was told that it wouldn't do me any good. I suggest trying out a different location before coming here.

I live 5 minutes from another Chrysler dealer and drive 20 plus minutes to Tempe dodge. It’s worth the drive.

Purchased a brand new Optima and was told there was an update available for the navigation system but it would take 4 hours. We were anxious to get back home to our kids so they said we could bring it back or do it ourselves by connecting the vehicle to WiFi. I asked them to perform the update during an oil change and they wanted $250. It was never mentioned that we would have to pay. When I spoke with the "Sales Manager" he would not honor even though he agreed that new cars come with the latest updates.
