Horrible, switched internet advertisement while in the dealership. We told them that we had cash and could not go over a certain amount. Test drove 1 car after telling salesman we couldn't go over amount. When ready to sign the price was changed and told we did not qualify for incentives. Never was asked if we were retired military or medical personnel. Changed the advertised price while we were in the dealership by an increase of 3,500 dollars.

Working with Jeff Katsirebas was wonderful. We spoke to him a couple of weeks before hand and told him what we were looking for, how much we were looking for down payment and payments. It was very much cut and dry when we walked in, expectations hadn’t changed and he didn’t try to sell us something out of our price range. I was able to negotiate an extremely fair price after test driving the vehicle once, signing an offer sheet for the price I wanted that was denied twice, but ultimately agreed upon.
