Purchased a 2018 dodge caravan 8/2/2018 and Went to the service center 8/25/2018 after we noticed a piece of our second row of seats had not been properly put together. The man working told us (A) the manufacturer didn’t completely assembled the seats (B) the piece was not broken and simply needed to be put on and screwed in (C) we could go and buy screws and do it ourselves at home, in which, would more than likely void any warranty we have (D) BUY a new part for them to SCREW that one in.
