Recently had some credit issues that my wife and I were working on and had turned down at other places. Had a really bad experience at a dealership and they were super rude. Then we contacted Ben Fields... a sales guy at Tempe Dodge or Kia. Really accommodating and showed what customer service should be!!! I got a used car here 2 years ago and was sold the extended warranty for $50 extra a month for 72 months. I was told this would cover 60,000 miles or 6 years from the 47k miles that were on it. I was told I can turn in the car in a year or two and any unused amount of the warranty would be paid back to me or used as a down payment. I never had to use the extended warranty.
